Why do some scrolls come less?

Every time you receive a scroll, its color is randomly selected. But since the scrolls have different costs in the game (from common to rare: the Moon Scroll, Venus Scroll, Jupiter Scroll and Sun Scroll), some are rare. In particular, the Sun Scroll is a very valuable collectible, and it is very difficult to find.
